buying links is good and bad :
- if you have much links in a smaller space of time Google can banned you
- but if you pick up a valuable links during three month or 4 , at this moment that can help you.
- onpage optimization is very very important: they can make difference between first page and pages no 9 (my experience).But the most important that you put your keywords in the right place: began your title with your main keywords, began meta description with your main keywords and try to bold keywords at your copy.
