Capital or lower case letters in keywords do they matter?
I'm sure that this has been asked before and I think I know the answer but just wanting to make sure. Does it matter in your keywords if they are lower case or upper case? example keyword "webmaster"="Webmaster" are they the same?

So if it does not matter... I guess for example I wouldn't have to have charlotte spelled out has Charlotte only charlotte?

I know that spamming your keywords are not good so I did won't want my keyword to mean 6 uppercase 6 lowercase phrases.

Meta keywords, right? Doesn't matter one iota. You don't even need meta keywords. They don't affect the ranking of your site.
