Article directories who can provide pr5 backlink from article pages.

I was little upset with last pr update. From today's day i not gonna trade any links with webmasters and submit in directories. I gonna build only natural backlinks.
So, i gonna start with Articles. There are many good Article websites but which one can provide pr5 or even higher backlink even years after article submission....
Do you have any suggestions.

It should work, both for link exchanges and directories.
But probably it's value has lessen in the recent updates.

I am also being to think that PR value will increase if the page is updated constantly as well.

Yeah, i think that if link appeared on pr0 page and after couple updates it became pr7.... it makes way more value.
