Lower quality article sties

Okay guys this will be the last question I ask, are submitted to lower articles a waste of time? Like article sties that hardly have no articles or article sites that don't get much traffic?

I notice a lot of these sites they allow you "plug your url" at the bottom , or should I just submit to heavy traffic article sites, and try to submit multiple articles?

Just question that emerged cuase I been submitting articles for the last 4.5 hours.

Let me answer your questions as best as I can. Submitting to lower articles directories will not called a waste of time if u insure first that the directory is indexed in Google and a SEO friendly directory with good contents and proper theme related to the article. If the directory is good then it will get traffic in the long run, our basic purpose is to give proper theme to the article, because the relevancy is most imp.
Secondly, If you are placing your URL’s in the article with the keywords, then that is called a link, so I suggest you to don’t submit in a number of directories in short period of time, that is called unnatural. And also don’t submit multiple articles at ones, because according to my point of view that may be counted as spam by article directory administrator.

I will advise you to go for 30-50 submission per day. Your website can be penalized by the SE’s for doing bulk submission in short period of time.
I hope I got your question correctly.
