What is considered seo spam

I was just curious of the opionions on this , I always see people ranting about spammers on other forums (usually because they are ahead of them)

people on this board seem pretty results driven and I was curious what you people consider spam

I mean is there there really any spam that works, key word content word spam is junk , hidden text doesn't do anything , anymore then keyword stuffed content

cloaking would only be as effective as key word content word spam right?

what is realy left? That does anything?

I mean google says don't partciapate in link building schemes but ....

There is no such thing as SEO spam. Just effective SEO and ineffective SEO.

hidden text, excessive keywords, h tagging everything, and various other things like that are often refered to as SEO spam. There is no true thing as SEO spam, usually doing those things get you no where, and even if they do rest assure it is very temporary

2. If you fill page with invisible keywords rich text etc. without informing the site owner about the risks involved

Almost anything else is the SEs problem, not yours.

If you believe thet the users should find a specific page, who should decide the page position and relavancy? You or some kind of error-prone robot software?
