dynamic content optimization is very difficult.because major search engine index permanent link which incoming to your web site. as content is dynemic SEO is very difficult.

directorysubmission - dynamic content could still have a permanent link however, just the content on that page would be dynamic, based on criteria.

change your urls to static, or .html, and use a mod rewrite on the server, or upload a httpd.conf file that will allow you to prase php on html documents, but what type of scripting are you using?

You need to very aware of every aspect of SEO when designing the web site. SEO is not an afterthought after a bad web site is already made. It is most effective when SEO and web design are integrated.

You need traffic to your site, but traffic alone is far from enough. You need to convert visitors to customers. This is the toughest part. There is not a magic bullet.
