Can I know a single best PR checking tool which can check all features in a go?

Like :

Static PR
Toolbar PR
Live PR
Google indexed or not
Google oneway links
Yahoo listed

Fake PR or not
Number of inbound links with PR
Whois
And so...

Can any tool can do all things in a go ??

I like livepr.ezer.com - but sometimes get errors with livepr.
