Thumbs up blogs crossposting. Help needed

We are a group of bloggers having individual blogs. However, we also started another site where we all group together and write topics related to our society.

Most of the time, we all crosspost same blogs from our individual blogs to this common site.

Will this be considered be spam/duplicate content by search engines?

There are several sites of there which do that, how are they doing it?

Any suggestions to do a better job will be welcomed and appreciated.
Thanks

I think you should split the article and post otherwise it may considered as duplicate content.

I think google may penalise your blog for duplicate contents. So,it is better if you post a different post may be related to your original post but not exactly

Lightbulb

I am really surprised. There are many sites which does that. So, there is no alternative solution other than modifications/refraining from crossposting?

Thanks for the responses.

Have your own information to provide.

You are spreading duplicate contents by crosspostings.

Make sure that all your blog posts are unique, and different on every domain, the reason I say this is because this will count as duplicate content, I had some very popular seo guys explain this to me, and it won't count as supplemental hell, or anything, but it not going to help you site at all, and with supplemental results that means these pages will get very low credit in the SE'S so they will not show up high in the search engines, so yea don't cross post them

hopefully i answer that question properly.
