any ideas ?!

It`s about this site www.slabesteurgent.ro it`s of a friend of mine . The problem is that for google.ro ( it`s a romanian site ) I can`t get it high on the results page, alltough the number of backlinks is considerable for a site in that domain and with that competition. It has a good content , still I`m unable to make grow in google.ro . Still the other site of his is www.slabeste-inteligent.ro and for this site I managed to get good results ( 2nd on google.com for "cure de slabire" and amoung the firsts in google.ro for the same words ) and the design is not so great, no that much text and fewer backlinks.

Any idea why is that ?

I don’t know Romanian and I don’t know what key words you are targeting, but I took a quick look for keyword “Cure de Slabire” from your title and found it only once in text body. So my guess is that you need better onsite optimization. Also make sure your backlinks are in anchor text and from related sites.

Thanks for your suggestion with the content of the page. The backlinks are in the anchor text , so I don`t think that`s the cause.

Use your targeted keyword as anchor text. And get quality backlinks.

Also you can increase the keywords density of your site.I mean the keywords for which you want to list your site at the top in search engine.

Just don't overdo it, otherwise would be consider as key stuffing.

Update your content then build backlinks. Use your main keywords as your title then wait for Google's updates to see the changes.
