Example of my site leaking PR?

I don't know how else to illustrate this besides posting links, so moderators don't mark this as spam please!

After the recent Google PR update here are some basic numbers on three pages of my site:

Note: the backlink report for each URL is attached as a JPEG.

Is it my outbound links that are causing a drop in PR for my index page? The numbers aren't making sense to me.

Most likely, its that you stopped building links. Or your sites frame is no good, and needs more inter linking.

I am having higher PRs for my internal pages as well.
I think it has to do with constantly updated content.
Does those internal pages have their content frequently changed?

It's more likely to be the large amount of back links for www.johninjapan.com.
Google are probably thinking that either

1) There are too many links to his site that aren't relevant

2) There are too many links to this site that are from poorly ranked domains

3) There are too many links to your site using the same keyword text

That sounds plausible.
Will slowing down on the link building remedy this in the long-term if this is the case? Even my forum signature here would be contributing to that?

Yes it does mean you have to mix it up with your anchor text. Don't always use the same words. Its good to develop a list and rotate every month if your that active in link building.

An example is....

10 links with " word 1 "

10 more links with " word 2 "

10 more links with " word 3 "

etc.. etc..

well leaking PR doesn't really matter because it the PR you see in your toolbar has no effect on your SERPS rankings
