You don`t have to submit your site by this programmes, actually the spiders ranks the pages well If it know it by links.
It is really recommended to NOT submit your site to any of search engines, keep the links do the job

I am also suggesting NOT to submit to search engines, search engines will gonna find you anyway.

What you can do is to submit to directories instead, check this thread.
