i don't see a terms of service link or anything. after we upload the images, do you own them? can just anyone use them? are there rules about uploading copywrited images? are there other types that are illegal?

that is fairly creative. you might have to watch it though, once you get a bunch of people that could suck up some bandwidth...especially if they use it on multiple forums that are big like phpBB

Im sure he thought of that. The proble will be someone downloading every single image. That could be tons of bandwidth.

Yep, i've thought of all that. Bandwidth shouldn't be a problem. I've been doing this for a while. As for TOS, we take no responsibility for your images. We don't own them, the internet owns them. Anyone can take your image and do what they like with it. If it's a sig and someone rips it, it should normally be against forum rules to do that. But we can't stop them. If they are ripping your stuff and your copyrights, just report the image stolen and we'll ban there IP address.
