It wouldn't bring any traffic and wouldn't help to rank better, but it might be nice support for PR hunters.

When Page rank is devided between all the links listed on that page, it wont help that much. I would rather buy a link from a PR4 page with few out going links.

Yes PR gets distriubuted with all the links on the page. It will not be much beneficial as the Impact of PR will get reduced.

Wow, amazing post friend!! we are wondering to see this bid at 8 PR page. But the main issue is the count of external links from that page. This is decreasing the relevancy of page rank in terms of back link criteria. Anyways thanks for offer

The paid traffic is not very helpful normally. Companies that propose paid traffic suck, their users are very ad-ignorant, very content ignorant and they are only doing everything for the money.
