SEF URLs question

I'm currently doing some on page SEO for a youtube style niche video site,
I'm rewriting the script so that no GET parameters are used in the url.

I've gotten the sites URL's to look like
domain.com/video/Great-X-Games-Freestyle-Video/be7e3ba84431ad9d055a

Would this site rank higher for the keywords in the URL if I went the extra mile and got rid of the /be7e3ba84431ad9d055a/ part in the URL?

Not that it will make a huge difference I personally would change it. Make it more reader friendly for visitors.

Some people told me that Search engines does not follow dynamic links very deep. It is better to have static URLs for better SEO
