advance search tool is part of google...theres an option on which you can choose how many will show up on its index page...like if you want to check for your site ranking position on a targeted keyword within 1 to 50 or 1 to 100...you'll see the advance search option just beside the search box...

hey there is an advance search in Google just take a look in upper right of the search box..
