How can i get more back link now my site have only index from google
when i do site:mysite.com found some index but when i check link:mysite.com
no more

Login to your google webmaster account. Over there you will know exactly the number of links pointing to your site and crawled by google.

Does this show the total number of links that google has found to your site, or is it a slightly less cut-down list?

you never know... but in my case, using link:site showed 0 for the 6mo+ of the life of my site, but W.C. shows me almost 200

Google doesn't show all the backlinks a site has comparde to yahoo & msn. G shows only backlinks from good quality sites when u do link: . Try to submit ur website many directories.

That's not exactly true...You might have to do at least a LITTLE promotion...otherwise how are people going to find your site to link to it, if there are no links to your site yet?
