If this has been asked and answered elsewhere, please let me know

Is there any software that can check positioning, etc? I have a few clients for whom I do monthly reports and it's a friggin pain -gives me a headache too

um, PC okay but I'd really prefer Mac software or a reliable online service.

no software, but you can go to http://www.indianawebsitedesign.net/...-complete.html

for seo tools, that might help what your looking for

Solo SEO is nice. you can ask it to run periodic reports on positioning in all major engines for the keyword(s) of your choice. It will even email the reports to you, or to your client directly if you want. You get access to keyword research tools, and tons of other stuff i have yet to explore. They offer a 2 week free trial too.
