There has been a lot of PR movements lately (increase/decrease). Some say that this is prelude to the upcoming "actual" PR update by mid April. So, don't worry about the PR drop - atleast not yet.

I clicked the link and got an empty directory. Whatever content you had on the site wasn't available. I checked the Google cache and there was a page cached.
Maybe you're having hosting problems.

Just be patient and keep adding links. If you are sitting still and not link building then you are moving backwards in my opinion.

PR Dropping Reasons

The Toolbar PR is a relative PR. But Google is indexing more and more sites everyday. Therefore, according to the Google repository, your Pagerank will drop day by day as new pages are indexed by Google. Because, relatively your page rank algorithm is scoring less, as the total number of pages in the Google Repository rises. So, if you sit idle and wait to see your pagerank grow, then you are wrong.

Blackhat SEO won't cause PR to drop unless your busted and banned. Then you will drop from whatever you have to nothing. PR is all about inbound links.

Check if you still have a google cache, if so your not banned, and if your still showing up for search terms I wouldn't worry about it.

WM7, your site is highly unlikely to be banned. You are still in the index.
PR on the toolbar can shift around from time to time. I've seen drops in PR lasting a fews weeks, then it reinstates, for no apparent reason.

Many people start applying the nofollow command before the PR update so that the spiders do not crawl out of their own site on to some other site through the link so may be as said that must have been a factor.

I also had a PR drop on one of my websites. I immediately started checking all my outbound links and I found that I had a few dead links and a link to a banned site.
Also if you made some link exchanges you should check if your link partners are still linking back to you.
