Paying for back links is the easy but expensive way. Blogs are probably the easiest to get. Be careful on back linking though. Make sure it is a web site with relevant content, high page rank and high traffic.

Very true.

I think it's important though to not react to every fluctuation in Google, since it's often just for a day or two and self corrects.

I posted Keyword Analysis above. Now I have many resources and archives to find all the top keywords. So where is the best place to find keywords that any of you had experienced?

When you say have 20 keywords in each page. Do you mean 20 different keywords or mention one keyword 20 times?
