www.ezinearticles.com is a good place to go!

Basically all you do is create a tutorial of sort, then submit that with your link and anchor text to various article depots like the two mentioned! It will create good strong back links for you to gain rank quick!

Create your article using your targeted keywords then submit it to article diectories and put your site links below your article content. Article submission is use for link building and get traffic for your site.

article submission is when you submit your articles on directories... search google for free article submission site and from the list it will give you, there are easy instructions to follow in submitting articles in each site
