Where did you get these leads from? Are they opt-in?

Yes they are opt-in, we made a deal with some of our clients that run sites that requires you to register, in the process they must choose special offers to received this is where we get leads from, the emails are gathered the same way just from opt-in sites.

No, spamming is unsolicited emails. If you check a box that says "Yes I want to receive info from partners" or something similar, then it isn't spamming. Of course you need to provide an easy to use opt-out method along with visible instructions for opting out, but it isn't spam.
