Use <h1> tags. Use keywords in your title tag.

First, each page should target specific keywords. And, like Jazzee said, put those keywords in H1 tags and in the page titles.

You can use WordTracker or Overture to see which keywords people are using.

Also, look in your webstats to see what search terms people use. If you post some of those here, I can give you more specific advice.

WordTracker gets their results from search engines.

WordTracker shows both singular and plural.

More advice -
Get rid of the keyword stuffed comments tag in the header and remove all the meta tags except meta description, meta keywords (only use 2 or 3 of the keywords that you have used in the page title) and the <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> tag.

Put some of your carefully researched keywords into the page title and take out your site or company name.

Wordtracker get their results from metacrawlers, so that the results are not so skewed by ranking searches as those of Overture or regular search engines.

I haven't looked at the site but, from what others have said, it sounds like it isn't optimized at all. So read this article and apply what it says to your pages.

i got couple more resources for keywords. They are free. It mite help. Btw...this one used for google. AKA google adwords

https://adwords.google.com/select/ma...KeywordSandbox

This is quite a good website. they have got 3 tools here.

http://www.webconfs.com/index.php

One is Google Backlink checker. It actually tells you the anchor text that you put for the links. Quite neat.
other 2 are similar page checker used for duplicate content and search engine simulator.
