Is pages.google.com helps in improving traffic?

I have created a site in pages.google.com and I have added links to my blogs whatever I have posted in my blogs.

My question is If I do like this, Is it give any result in improving traffic to my blog?

Please tell me. How it will good for SEO.

If you link your blog to http://blogtimes.googlepages.com/ or any of the blog site. It will help boost traffic and increased link popularity. If you want to gain traffic try the social bookmarking

I have submitted RSS fields to pingoats and weblog sites and also to technorathi
but traffic is too low. I am getting daily 2 to 10 visitors to my blogs

It can improve but you must link exchange with related links only.... Try submitting to directories and link exchange with higher PR....
