page rank being passed on every page

this is weird, my page rank is being passed evenly to every page on my site since the Google update, and plus someone told me my site has authority because inner pages will show in the search like in a list indent.

Does my site have good pr, or good dedication since all pages are carrying the same pr from the main index.html?

Toolbar PR is nothing, and it tells you nothing ...
It's very easy to manipulate toolbar PR
