Any diff of Overture & Inktomi Overture Site Match.

I have an account with Inktomi now, or did at least. I also run an Overture campain. I just recieved and email from ineedhits.com saying the following..

If I already use Overture, I assume I don't need to *upgrade* anything ?

To my knowledge, there's not a difference, but that's no 100% guarantee

I think no need to buy listings thorugh overture. Its just a way to post your site on top. nothing else.
They don't guarantee you to be on top or in them.
