any one tell me what is the effective way to find site which doing link exchange. please dont consider or avoid directory and search engine from this sites??

exchange links to the sites related to yours, by email ask them to exchange links to your site... how can you find sites that's doing exchange links if you dont use search engine and directories?

The effective way to find link exchange is through forums or through link metro.

simple ......... submit free directories and search engines and they send a conformation mail to your giving mail id if u want more

Are you looking for the link building but keep in mind to do with those sites which have good PR and not penalized by Google because if you do link building with these kind of sites they directly effects your site rankings and PR. Join some link exchange forums which help you to get in touch with the guys who all are also looking for the link building.
