for better understanding here's a brief explanation:
"black hat -attempts to improve rankings in ways that are disapproved of by the search engines, or involve deception. "

It basically means, cheating the system. I usually stick with "white hat" techniques, which is the opposite.

Well there's SEO with good skin, SEO with bad skin...
In (American, anyway) movies from the early days through the 50's, the good guys wore white hats, the bad guys wore black hats.
So black hat is a term that means "bad guy."
In SEO it means either an idiot who thinks hiding white text on a white page is a good idea, or a very smart person who's really very good at some clever SEO tricks.
This guy's a freakin' genius.

Actually, if you cloak correctly what I understood is that you'll be good against the big search engines. Obviously it's always a police chasing thief game and sooner or later you'll get caught. If you like taking your chances, then look into hard enough you'll get a way. Don't count on the rest of us though.

Black hat is a common term known to search engine optimisers, it is considered as unethical techniques used to get websites increased exposure in search engines. Some of the black hat techniques is spamming, keyword stuffing, cloaking, duplicate pages and doorway pages. Click here about Black Hat Techniques

Easy to learn, hard to master ---- favorite tool of both 11-yrs old l33t h4x0rz and 40-yrs old programmers, way of automation of simple tasks, way of optimizing hundreds and thousands of domains at once...
