submitting to directory / same IP

Hello,

I've the following question:
I have two websites which I'd like both to submit to several directories.
Characteristics of the two sites: both sites are the same (same content) but are both in a different language and both sites share the same IP-address.

I don't think it can hurt...
If you link someone from both sites... it will give person you link credit for 1 link only.
In case with different sites... many different sites have the same ip and they rank well... Many large companies have 1 ip for all their local dealers and they rank well for local results.
Example:
http://www.sony.com
http://www.sonystyle.com
http://www.sony.net
http://www.sonypictures.com/
http://www.sonymovies.com/
http://www.playstation.com/
http://www.sony-europe.com/
+ millions official local SONY sites. many of them on the same ip.

Thanx for you answer.....It's clear to that it won't hurt my SERP.
But is it likely that a directory will accept both of my websites, which again are the same, accept for the website's language...?

Most won't notice that they're the same site if the language is different - they'll be going in different categories after all?

Yeah, It will not be a considered a duplicate content, since your two sites have different language...

Depends which directory - editorial policy may vary.
