Should I be concerned?

I've started checking my rankings everyday using Rank Tracker software (I love it) about a month ago. Today I had two key words, "Snowmobile Boots" and "Snowmobile Gloves" completely disappeared from yahoo. I was ranked #1 for both of these for about the last 2 months. These were some of my most consistent reliable phrases. Since it's spring I more annoyed than pissed but will they come back or should I start tweeking things?

This is probably due to the major Yahoo update keep building links and you should be able to get back on, a Yahoo Directory listing may help!

These events are very dynamic, and they kept changing every now and then. If it disappears, it may appear again, but probably when some newer articles have been submitted...et.

Just continue your link building and try to get more links using your targeted keywords.

I have been seeing Yahoo results swinging wildly from time to time. If your site has been up at the top, simply keep doing what you are doing and your rankings will climb back. I think even Yahoo is confused as to how to rank sites.

How long has your site been up and running? If your site has been around for a long time, you will see more stable results. Newer sites are more vulnerable to Yahoo swings. It also has something to do with the age of your domain.

Generally its a index update nothing to worry about not if its a quite awhile, and you see nothing come back then start checking into it.

Do Onpage Optimization focus on your keyword density and build quality links, links, links....

Yahoo is looking for backlinks now...
