I do not recommend using webPosition or similar software as I do not see much value in it.

To get any weighting do Title Tags and/or anchor text have to be exact phrases. For example: if I use "Apples and Oranges" will I only get results for that exact phrase or will it also help with "Apples" or "Oranges".

Possibly, but as far as Google goes, title text isnt greatly important, it is just a little gravy.

Just to make sure my thick head has this down; in your case on your sig are you getting results for "fatty weight loss", "weight loss", "weight", "loss", and "fatty weight (if that has any meaning)".

correct in what words I am getting. likely i will take the word fatty out soon though as it does not really help me that much. (not many people search for fatty)
