One of my clients wants to expand his business and increase his ROI. He wants to get Country Coded Top Level Domains for his existing .com site which has
PR 5. He feels that by doing so he would cover a large network of clients in US, UK, Europe, Asia and Australia. He plans to book 20+ such ccTLD domains and create country specific sites in the country's languages.
Is ccTLD really useful? Moreover he is a provider of web development services and will be able to communicate/deal with his clients only in US English.
What is the use of ccTLD SEO-wise? Moreover if he redirects his existing .com site to all the co.uk, .fr or .jp, will it affect his ranking?
