Let me rephrase my question:

Which website do you want an rss feed from. (this is usually your own blog)
For example my blog's rss feed is something like: url.ext/feed/

If you're talking about putting an rss feed such as google news on your website, you'd have to check their website for a button that says 'subscribe to our rss' or something similar.

I want one on this blog of myn http://howimake1000adaywithadsense.blogspot.com/

I also want an rss feed for my other 8 blogs. Any ideas?

Shouldn't you be writing articles on that yourself ? To show people how you make 1000 with adsense ?

I am not really familiar with blogspot blogs, but I bet they have an option to add an rss feed.

Think of a feed as a subscription to an online magazine or a newspaper.

Bloglines probably auto subscribed you to 51 popular online newspapers. Your XML feed is something other people will use to subscribe to your newspaper (or website).

This is confusing me. I just want to put a feed on my blog so when i post, i can see it in the relevant news section of my rss feed subject. Please just a little advice would help cheers.

You create a blog and create a rss feed they can be used for articles, blog post and many other things, but create a blog I would suggest and get into social media marketing with good branding and then your on your way.

If you are using blogger, just simply add atom.xml after your blog's URL. It is an RSS feed.
