currently i am going to optimiza one site and i am some what fresher in this work so please give me some idea

Read every post on this SEO Blog and your answers will be revealed before your very eyes.

Yes, use key words in your title but make the title relevant to the content.

What about using natural looking content? This will be the best solution anyway.

At old ages I was using questionable SEO techniques because I was an SEO freak. Nowadays I don't focus on these techniques any longer. Clear HTML structure, easy-to-read content, fast loading pages, etc. are a way to success. Wonder or not, it works .

Title should be title, generalised content. Keywords should be keywords and should contain primary words only. And description? Visit http://dmoz.org and go through some pages' description.

One thing that I've done recently which has helped considerably is to change the TITLE tags of pages to only use keywords.

That one change seems to have helped quite a bit in bringing in long tail traffic.

Your title may contain keywords but make sure that it is relevant to your content and don't look like a spam.

Sorry i don't get your question.. are talking for meta title? if that so, the best thing to do is placed your keyword on the title but make it that readable and in proper not long but meaningful...
