I like Link Popularity V3.0.3 a desktop program. Doesn't give PR ranks though, but does a decent job. Doesn't show Google but does show Tiscali, along with Yahoo, All the Web, AltaVista, MSN/Live. Depends on what part of the country though since my partner is on the east coast and I'm on the west and there are usually discrepancies.
