Record in Google Indexing time

I guess I made a record in shortest indexing time on Google, this is my brand new website which was built a week ago and Google listed.. poof

Ofcourse the top placement comes with my domain, search keyword "Online Marketing Manager" , my website is on the first page over 100M results in a week time.

Is this a record?
