Why Isn't deeper pages getting indexed?

I have a client that we have created many new pages for..

And none of them seem to be getting indexed and showing any page rank and they have all been up for some time now.

?? What am i missing ??

Deeper pages that I can't get indexed:

Local Pages this one for example:

Try signing into Webmaster Central.

http://www.google.com/webmasters/

That should be able to tell you about any obvious crawl issues.

Put adsense on that page will help deep crawl by g.medipartner robots

You mean inner pages? It is indexed now, just submit sitemaps and be patient. Build deep links for more.

Try making sure your website is not deeper than 3-4 levels. That would help.
