Dear there are lots of Article Submission sites, but they have different criteria.
In most of these site you can add your link through HTML coding and rest of the sites you can just add your websites URL in the resource box.

notice that the url is in the a href tags and when the user clicks on the Online Degree then it will take him/her to you site.

Often when you put up a link in your article/resource box, it doesn't appear when you preview it. But in my experience it shows up once the article is approved.

List of 500 article directories seems to be a BIG list. But it would be better if all of them are categorized.
