I recently started focusing my SEO by doing article submission. It seems to have helped with backlinks and rankings. What are your opinions of article submission? How often do you need to do it? Should you be submitting articles to many directories?

Article is good as long as you directory accepts link, and also good article writing rich and informative content i am doing it thrice a week..

Article submission can help you to getbacklinks. put author biography with your article so that your site link is palced with article.

How do you check for supplemental index? Now I am worried that my article submission is going to hurt my rankings. I didn't realize it can be such a bad thing. John, is there a way to check my website to see if this is going to cause a problem?
