Need help! How do I get Google to cache our index?

We have an index on our website that contains all the keywords that users have recommended. User's go there to see what sites have been recommended for a particular keyword, or the currently popular sites for a keyword.

(1) My question is, how do we get Google and the rest to cache this index?

(2) Would Google ban us for creating such an index? (Stumbleupon has a similar one)

(3) Is there another way to create such an index and get it cached. Or are we doing something wrong and should we change it up in order to get it cached?

first submit your site to google directly and then submit to atleast 100 directories google will have your site

it is already crawled...Do one way link building....Forum posting signatures for faster indexing. Submit sitemap to Google.

By the way your page is dynamic page.... Do some url rewrite for it...

Create an account under Google Webmaster Tools using your GMail account. Then verify your site and add a XML Sitemap. ;-)
