Couple of templates

I've got two templates here that I've made. Please note, prices are negotiable and must be paid via PayPal.

Templates are coded to XHTML standards and have a css backing. I will also customise it and for the price given I will add content.

PSD included and all sites will be unique and never sold again

just an update on this

seeing as I need the money fairly quick (for a project) you can get both for at least $100. Still unique, still css based, still xhtml compatible. I just need at least $100 at the moment, out of the sale due to current clients not paying for about 2 more weeks.

Sorry but the templates you've got here are extremely plain and simple. I've seen other templates similar and most are only sold for around $5.00. So the prices you're asking for templates of that quality are way way over-priced.

when you buy a $5 template, chances are they won't be only sold once. And they definitely won't be coded in xhtml - well show me a site where they are, if that's true!!

Yer well personally I wouldn't pay 5c for those 2 templates, even if they were "exclusive" and not sold over and over.

this dude is just trying to make money, same as everyone else - the top one is pretty cool aswell.

As I said it's a "personal" opinion - graphics/web design is extemely subjective and it never ceases to amaze me what crap people will peddle to make a buck. Some of the "worst" templates I've created have sold "first" so goes to show that tastes are extremely different in this area.

As much as I would like to sell my templates for $5, I am not going to make money that way. I am not in the business, just to give away templates at the lowest possible price.

If I could design templates like that I would be a ver happy man but sadly I cant and thats a problem, I need a template doing for anew site of mine perhaps I could send you some details and you could do it for me

I know you could get something off template monster, they aren't unique though.
