v7n, my only backlinks?
I post at a multitude of forums and blogs leaving my signature and url to my site were ever I can. today I ran a backlink checker on my site and the only forum it showed that contained backlinks to my site was v7n. none of my other links on other forums showed up. Why is this?

Backlinks in what SE particularly? Google? or Yahoo..

V7N forum is always crawled by SEs they love crawling the fresh data that is being posted everyday... That's why you have links from this forum...

Good to hear that you get backlinks to this forums.. Just want to ask something if how many forums you are joining at this moment and are you active to other forums site? If i were you, try to join to other high ranked and traffic forums site especially those who has lots of forum posters..Because if there are lots of post came from them the more fresh contents the more it crawled by the bots/spiders..

I'm a member of about 6 forums in total, 5 out of 6 are high traffic, high posts.

Same thing happens to me, google doesn't show backlinks from very high rated forums like DP and SP. Yahoo, instead, it does, I really don't know why, but beyond that, I know that google crawls those forums anyway, so don't worry, keep working.

Try checking your backlinks using Yahoo site explorer... Google will not show all of your backlinks

I tried checking with yahoo and it says 'URL not found'

I've submitted my site to yahoo multiple times, what gives?
