Do I exist?

Ive had my blog for well over 6 months now and Ive submitted it to well over 100 different search engines, I've done a bunch of seo work on my site.

but when I search for my site on google or yahoo nothing apears.

I even search for my entire url minus the http and .com (computermusicman.blogspot) and they do not find any results for my search.

how long does it take to apear in major search engines? is there a chance I will never apear here without ppc?

is there any other seo I can do to speed this up besides link exchange, backlinks and fresh, unique content?

help will be appreciated.

You should get some inbound links to your internal pages. This will speed up the process of search engine indexing. Add your blog to your forum signature(s) and this will also help.

I did not know that you are talking about the blogs from your signature, I see now that there are actually just 1 page websites there (basically).

Google indexed the v7n pages where your forum posts are, it will surely index your websites too. Just be a little more patient on this one.

I also recommend you to submit both blogs to link directories. This will get you more inbound links and eventually a drop of their Page Rank.

If you are really serious about promoting those two blogs I can also tell you to send out some press releases when you have major updates. It will give you a bit of extra traffic on the way.

have you study and do research for your keywords? its better to know the number of searches per month and the competitiveness of those keywords.. and try also to study the site that has been on the top of that particular keyword (not to copy). he..

He has an indexing problem rather than a SERPs problem. What you suggested is fine but doesn't solve his doubts about not being indexed after a lot of time.

No doubt that there is one serious problem.

Man can't get quality links and organic traffic if using duplicate content. This is what people usually do... They just copy&paste content from good sources. Some bastards have stolen articles from my site where I appear 1-st in Google for competitve phrases. But they're NOWHERE because of ZERO uniqueness.

Be serious, don't copy.

I did not check his blogs on duplicate content because I do not have time for that. On the other hand, if he does have duplicate / stolen content I think it will be really hard to rank high in SERPs but at least he should / would get indexed (which he didn't)

I recently joined a site that tracks your visitor stats and even tells you the reffering links, and every once in a while it says they came to my site through a keyword they searched for on google, so I must be indexed, right?

Does this also mean that I rank fairly high for certain kewords I have?

Not necessarily. They may be coming to your site after looking at google. So maybe they do a search, then remember "Oh, that site" and then just type it into their browser. That would give that kind of data.

Also a search on google for "Computer Music Man" came up with http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&s...22&btnG=Search

Look at the 3rd one.

Also, the reason you may not be showing up at all on some is that you're so far down. I would assume that Music Labels and music software is a fairly competitive market on the internet, so maybe that's pushing you way down? But that wouldn't explain your lack of being indexed.

Submit your RSS feed to feed directories. That's the best tip I have for you, as you added your URL in your signature it won't take long before it's indexed, but RSS feed directories work wonders too.
