I wouldn't give 50$ for something that one can do by himself in like 15 minutes However, these checks are good for people that have no time / no SEO skills / no partnership with a SEO team / firm to constantly make basic audits.

Indeed, well not exactly 15 mins ... Anyway it is definitively useful for those that are new in SEO and want to learn something more, indirectly from this they can learn which are the parts of their web that SE's give importance to.

I am always convinced that by learning to what SE's like you can better understand SEO and can start working on it. On my SEO blog i stopped giving SEO examples, rather now i concentrate more in giving examples of SE use, how to use them and explain to readers (for example) WHY title is so important in SEO.
