how can we use h1 tags for keywords ; h1 tags are viewable on the browser and if i do that it would mean keyword stuffing and could get banned at Search Engine.

I dont know how some people get around with h1 tags being filled up with keywords is it that the color of h1 tag is same as page bg...

You aren't supposed to use h1 elements (not called tags) for keyword stuffing. Put a human-friendly header to the page that contains your keyword(s) in it, but don't stuff keywords.
