Getting site indexed is neither difficult nor effortless. At first attempt if you can manage, each of the page of your site is linked to each other perfectly [internal linking] then I bet G spider will not leave your site without crawling it fully, unless there are too many outgoing links[outbound], which do not have nofollow tags. These kind of outboud links are loop holes that gives a way to spiders to exit abruptly from your site.
One week max. for any site.

There is only one answer to that question:
"IN BOUND LINKS"
Get a few good inbound links and the Googlebot will follow them to you site where it will be indexed.
You don't have to submit your site to search engines and if your site is optimized and linked together internally with a sound menu system you don't need a site map.
Linking to sites no matter what the page rank won't help you. You want them to link to you.
You don't need to ad AdSense to get your site crawled and indexed, and whatever you do don't put any one else's code on your site, that is idiotic.

Do you know how much a PR 6 or 7 Backlink costs? Have a look at the link sales forum. Methods in the post are totally free.

Links are helpful, but it's not hard. Google seems to like to index pages. Don't know why. Perhaps because they are a search engine.

So what poor folks like me are suppose to do. I aint switchin' to htm site. I like flash. If you visit my website, for now, I just created some keywords, down at the bottom, but it's not the best way.
Is there another way?Or perhaps possible to make those letters too small for a naked eye to read?

Don't need to change to html. Most rankings are based on inbound link anchor text anyway.

So it seems that the majority of people agree on the social website method.
What about stumbleupon? Do you think getting ur site on their with 50 stumbles would do it?

You don't have to "do" anything. Google is very efficient at indexing, my new blog posts usually get indexed within an hour. I don't even understand why this post is getting such attention. All you have to do is get a few quality inbound links and keep you content updated and informative and you will get indexed every couple days anyway at a minimum. It's not how often or how soon the spiders come, it's what they see when they get there that's important.

4 weeks Even if you don't do anything you will get indexed faster
