Most people have no real idea how to build up their sites
PR, they seem to think all they have to do is
1. Post on loads of forums - not true
2. Post articles on Ezine - this works but the
PR benefits are small
3. Paid directories - works if you pay for a homepage submission, inner pages are a waste of time and money
4. Free directories - nope
5. Post on blogs - yep this works.
However there is a much simpler way to increase your sites
