Hi, would using php includes hurt your search rankings?

I find php includes very useful for updating content and links on sites that have 100s of pages, but when the spiders come to index my site will they see the content thats in the php include or will they ignore it resulting in damaged rankings?

also what about using php to control content? I have made a script that randomly shows a different picture each time a visitor comes to the site, will this work the same way for spiders? as spiders like new content I was thinking that each time they came to visit they would get a different picture automatically without me manually changing the picture without php.
