Keyword Relevancy Question

I have been trying to do SEO for my onsite webpages by making the pages 100% keyword Relevant. I have been checking my site at http://www.submitexpress.com/analyzer/. How important is having 100% relevancy, or is it bad b/c it looks like you are keyword spamming. If you have a chance take a look at my website that is being built. Many of the pages are 100%. Thanks

100 percent means nothing. I imagine others will post similar replies. In fact using automated programs of any kind are strictly prohibited by Google's Webmaster Guidelines.

Ok now why does 100 percent means nothing aside from the fact that on-page work is only one component of SEO and that search engine optimization is only one component of SEM.

- Different engines use different algorithms, how relevant a search engine considers a page for a specific keyword phrase varies between SE's.
- Engines are constantly changing their relevancy formulas, the illusive 100 percent today can mean nothing tomorrow
- submitexpress.com/analyzer/ (their whole site is designed to sell a product of little value, be careful of biases - including mine)

That site is a lot like the free Widexl Tool which I used to use a lot.

It's like qbert said the 100 percent doesn't really mean anything.
