query on redirection

I've got a link from a PR5 page with 301 redirection to a PR) page. My question is will I get the same link juice from a page having PR5 redirected to PR0 page? Will that be same for 302 redirection?

Not all link juice will be pass to other page only some and 302 redirection is just a temporary redirection and there's a chance of hacking that. 301 is SE friendly than 302 redirection.

one friend of mine said that if you have a 301 redirection you will get the full link juice. is that true?
