clone site of my domain

I have domain ; [url removed] BUT someone has made clone of this same like our site and it looks like that there is some program for this. The clone site of mine is [url removed]

Pls tell what is system behind this spam stuff and will the search engines harm me?

Have you thought about contacting their hosting provider and having it taken down. Tell them that somebody has stolen your content and is infringing on your copyright. That should take care of it for now until they make another site. Their ISP seems to be Jaguar Technologies Llc

As for copying your site, there are many programs that can download a complete site in a matter of minutes.

Why does your record say that your hosted by Lunarpages, but your name server is net4india.com? I would have thought that it would have been with Lunarpages.
